Seeking Dog Lovers to Open Their Hearts and Homes!!

Calling all dog lovers: our homeless dogs need YOU! A large drop in adoptions nationwide has resulted in an overpopulation of dogs living in US shelters. Our adoption centers are at 90% capacity, but we’re determined to do everything we can to continue to provide a safe place for local surrender to land, and help our relocation partner shelters. So we’re  seeking warm-hearted adopters to open their hearts and homes to dogs in need!

The MSPCA is launching “Mass Saves” along with our MA shelter partners Boston Animal Control, Berkshire Humane Society, Dakin Humane Society, Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center and Worcester Animal Rescue League. Mass Saves is a week-long adoptathon to be held July 15 – 21. During this timeframe, we’ll be waiving the adoption fees for dogs over the age of 1 year. Mark your calendars, and if there’s a dog you’ve had your eye on, take this as a sign.
